Article 1: Photographer
Deena Loman will photograph the session or wedding using professional equipment and backup gear. Deena Loman will be present on time at the agreed locations and will not leave before the agreed end time.
Article 2: Execution of the assignment
1. Deena Loman will carry out the assignment to the best of her ability and in accordance with the standards of good professional practice, in her own recognisable style.
2. All images will be edited and delivered in the signature style of Deena Loman.
Article 3: Deposit
1. A deposit of €250 is required to reserve the wedding date.
2. The deposit must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date. If the payment is not received within this period, the date may be released.
3. Final products will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
Article 4: Payment terms
1. All amounts are inclusive of VAT, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. The remaining balance will be invoiced to the couple.
3. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
Article 5: Products and delivery
1. After the wedding day, the couple will receive an online gallery containing a preview of 20 to 30 edited photos.
2. The total number of photos delivered will correspond to the selected package.
3. Files are delivered digitally.
4. RAW files are not provided.
5. The estimated delivery time for the full gallery is up to 6 weeks.
6. After delivery of the photos, Deena Loman will create a first digital design of the wedding album and deliver this within one week.
7. The couple may request changes to the album design until it meets their wishes.
8. After final approval, the album will be ordered and delivered within approximately 5 weeks.
Article 6: Copyright and privacy
1. The copyright of all images remains with Deena Loman.
2. The couple may use the photos freely for personal use. Commercial use is only permitted upon prior consultation.
3. The photos may not be additionally edited by the couple.
4. Personal data will never be shared with third parties.
Article 7: Cancellation and suspension
1. If an invoice is not paid within the payment term, Deena Loman has the right to suspend all work after notifying the client.
2. In case of cancellation by the couple, the deposit of €250 is non-refundable.
Article 8: Illness or force majeure
1. In the event that Deena Loman is unable to perform the assignment due to serious circumstances or illness, she will arrange a replacement photographer with a similar style.
2. The final editing will always be carried out by Deena Loman.
Article 9: Portrait rights and publication
1. Deena Loman reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, blog, social media and promotional materials.
2. Images may be submitted for competitions and magazine publications.
3. Any alternative agreements will be confirmed in writing.
4. Deena Loman may publish a preview of up to 20 photos.
Article 10: Changes to these Terms & Conditions
1. Deena Loman reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions.
2. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
